Retained Suture Needle

I used to get yelled at for not using all the “tail” of suture but I bet the needles would be easier to find with a tail on them.  It is courteous of the needle to lodge in plane around the caudate lobe; I guess the change from plain film is due to upright versus supine positioning.  Yet another reminder that humans are malleable, but their images are static.
